Wedding guest list template
A downloadable, seven-column CSV spreadsheet (opens in Excel and Google Sheets too, with correct accents), so you can start managing your guest list right away, with 3 filled-in sample rows to show you how.
How to manage your guest list?
Group by household (one row = one person, but the "Relationship" column shows who they belong to), and fill in the Name and Relationship columns even before you send the invites. After that you only need to update the Replied, Dietary needs and Accommodation fields as responses arrive.
When should you finalise the list? Typically it's worth closing the RSVP deadline 3-4 weeks after the invites go out. For more on when to time this, read our when to send wedding invitations article.
If you're looking for a more convenient solution: with an online invitation, guests confirm their attendance and dietary needs themselves via a link, and this table fills in automatically, with no manual updates.
