Frequently asked questions
Will my mum be able to use it?
That is exactly what we design for. We tested the guest page with older family members: big buttons, plain language, no pop-ups. If they still get stuck, our Hungarian-speaking support team is one email away.
How long does it take to set up?
The first invitation takes about a quarter of an hour: a few details, pick a template, and the link is ready to send. You can upload the guest list later, in batches.
Can I keep the data after the wedding?
Yes. You keep access to everything for a full year after the wedding, and every guest response stays in the admin area.
Is it GDPR compliant? Where is the data stored?
On a Cloudflare D1 + R2 stack, on EU-reachable infrastructure, encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. Every change is written to an audit log. We send you a data processing agreement free of charge.
Can I bring my MC or coordinator team in?
Yes. You can add several admin users with separate permissions. Your master of ceremonies, for example, only sees the day-of timeline and the guest list.
What languages is the guest page available in?
The guest page and the RSVP form are available in Hungarian, English and German, and guests can switch language themselves. The admin interface is in Hungarian.
What if the wedding is called off?
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. After you pay, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. If you call the wedding off, we delete all of your data on request.
What happens after the 14 days?
You lose nothing. You move to the free plan, which does not expire: your wedding site, guest list and RSVPs keep working, with up to 20 invitations. Photo uploads and emails to guests are the parts that need a paid plan.
